钙调神经磷酸酶在老年子宫内膜癌中的表达及其相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨钙调神经磷酸酶(CN)在老年子宫内膜癌中的表达及其相关性。方法:选取本院收治的50例老年子宫内膜癌患者作为研究对象,另选取50例正常子宫内膜组织样本作为对照组,采用免疫组化方法检测正常子宫内膜组织和子宫内膜癌组织中CN的表达,比较子宫内膜癌患者不同病理特征中CN阳性表达率的差异。采用多因素Logistic回归分析CN阳性表达的影响因素;Kaplan-Meier法分析CN表达与预后的相关性。结果:子宫内膜癌组织CN的阳性表达率显著高于正常子宫内膜组织。FIGOⅢ-Ⅳ期患者的CN阳性表达率显著高于FIGOⅠ-Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05)。肌层浸润深度>1/2患者的CN阳性表达率显著高于肌层浸润深度<1/2患者(P<0.05)。CN阴性的子宫内膜癌患者平均生存时间显著高于CN阳性的患者(P<0.05)。结论:老年子宫内膜癌组织中CN的表达与FIGO分期、肌层浸润深度及患者的预后密切相关。Objective:To investigate the expression of calcineurin(CN)in elderly patients with endometrial can-cer and its correlation analysis.Methods:Fifty elderly patients with endometrial cancer in our hospital were selected as the research object,and 50 normal endometrial tissue samples were selected as the control group.The expression of CN in normal endometrial tissue and endometrial cancer tissue was detected by immunohis-tochemical method,and the difference of CN positive expression rate in different pathological features of endo-metrial cancer patients was compared.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing fac-tors of CN positive expression.Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the correlation between CN expres-sion and prognosis.Results:The positive expression rate of CN in endometrial carcinoma tissue was significant-ly higher than in normal endometrial tissue.In patients with FICO stage III-IV,the positive expression rate of CN was significantly higher than that of patients with FIGO stage I-II(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of CN in patients with myometrial infiltration depth>1/2 was significantly higher than that in patients with myometrial infiltration depth<1/2(P<0.05).The average survival time of patients with CN negative endo-metrial cancer was significantly higher than that of patients with CN positive(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expres-sion of CN in elderly patients with endometrial cancer is closely related to FIGO staging,myometrial infiltra-tion depth and the prognosis of patients.
