摘　　要：功能性消化不良(FD)因其发病机制的复杂性及疾病表现的多样性,给临床治疗带来了一定难度。在疾病病名、诊断、发病机制及治疗上,中西医均有着不同的认识与理解。中医药以其独到的辨证理念,在该病的个体化治疗上发挥着特有的优势,但也存在着诸多不足之处影响了其诊疗水平的提高。今后应进一步完善FD中医辨证标准化、规范化工作,加强FD辨证规律及证型转换机制的研究工作。在临证之时应从多层次、多角度、全方位的考量分析其气机的升与降,正邪的虚与实,病性的寒与热,机体的形与神之间的关系,把握共性与个性,灵活选用方剂加减用药是提高临床疗效的关键。Functional dyspepsia(FD)brings certain difficulties to clinical treatment due to the complexity of its pathogenesis and the diversity of disease manifestations.In terms of disease name,diagnosis,pathogenesis,and treatment,Chinese and Western medicine have different cognitions and understandings.With its unique dialectical concept,Traditional Chinese Medicine plays a unique advantage in the individualized treatment of this disease,but many shortcomings affect the improvement of its diagnosis and treatment level.In the future,it is necessary to further improve the standardization and normalization of Traditional Chinese Medicine dialectics in FD,and strengthen the research on the mechanism of syndrome transformation of FD dialectical laws.At the time of evidence,we should consider and analyze the rise and fall of its qi engine,the virtual and real of the positive and evil,the cold and heat of the disease,the relationship between form and spirit from multiple levels and aspects,master the commonality and personality,and choosing the prescription plus or subtract drugs flexibly is the key to improving clinical efficacy.
