模态贡献量分析在叉车座椅振动控制中的应用

摘  要:某型内燃叉车的机罩在怠速附近振动较大,通过试验测试其振动量级,应用ISO 2631人体振动的评价方法,对坐姿振动进行计权计算和评估。根据试验数据分析其频率成分,在怠速附近其主要激励频率是发动机基频25Hz。结合仿真分析方法,应用Hypermesh计算1~200 Hz频段内从发动机到机罩整个路径的VTF,在发动机基频附近28 Hz有响应峰值。针对此峰值进行改进方案研究,研究模态贡献量法的基本原理和分析方法,计算分析该型叉车各阶模态对机罩28 Hz振动响应的贡献量,找到主要贡献模态,分析该阶振型的模态应力,提出结构优化改进方案,并在实车上进行验证。对比优化前后的测试结果发现,优化方案可有效降低机罩的振动。The hood of an internal combustion forklift truck vibrates significantly near idle speed,the vibration level is tested through experiments,and the evaluation method for human vibration in ISO 2631 is applied to calculate and evaluate the sitting vibration in a weighted manner.Based on the test data,the frequency components are analyzed,and the main excitation frequency near idle speed is the engine fundamental frequency of 25 Hz.Combined with the simulation analysis method,Hypermesh is applied to calculate the VTF of the entire path from the engine to the hood in the frequency frequency band of 1 to 200 Hz,and there is a response peak at 28 Hz near the engine fundamental frequency.For this peak,the improvement plan is studied,the basic principle and analysis method of the modal contribution method are studied,the contribution of each order of mode of the forklift truck to the 28 Hz vibration response of the hood is calculated and analyzed to find out the main contribution mode and to analyze the modal stress of this order of vibration mode.A structural optimization and improvement plan is proposed and verified on the real truck.The test results before and after optimization are compared,which shows that the optimization plan can effectively reduce the vibration of the hood.
