奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗死的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗死的效果。方法88例脑梗死患者,随机分为观察组(45例)和对照组(43例)。对照组患者采用奥扎格雷钠进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合阿司匹林进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果以及治疗前后神经功能、生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率91.11%高于对照组的74.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者美国国立卫生研究所卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均低于治疗前,Barthel指数(BI)评分均高于治疗前,且观察组患者NIHSS评分(11.19±2.19)分低于对照组的(13.89±2.64)分、BI评分(90.65±17.71)分高于对照组的(82.83±15.77)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将奥扎格雷钠和阿司匹林联合应用在脑梗死患者的治疗中能提高临床治疗效果,改善患者的神经功能和生活质量,具有推广使用的价值。Objective To investigate the effect of ozagrel sodium combined with aspirin in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 88 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(43 cases).The control group was treated with ozagrel sodium,and the observation group was treated with aspirin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,neurological function and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%,which was higher than that of 74.42%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score in both groups was lower than that before treatment in this group,and the Barthel index(BI)score was higher than that before treatment in this group;NIHSS score of(11.19±2.19)points in the observation group was lower than that of(13.89±2.64)points in the control group,and BI score of(90.65±17.71)points was higher than that of(82.83±15.77)points in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of ozagrel sodium and aspirin for cerebral infarction patients can improve the clinical therapeutic effect,improve the neurological function and quality of life of patients,and has the value of popularization.
