摘 要:牙周炎是一种慢性炎症性疾病,它使牙槽骨吸收、牙齿松动脱落,是造成人类牙缺失的主要病因,传统牙周炎的治疗方式主要为清除和控制牙菌斑。但宿主的特异性炎症反应是组织破坏和疾病进展的主要因素,疫苗可能成为牙周炎的预防和治疗的有效辅助手段,但低免疫原性限制其作用的发挥。成功的牙周炎疫苗应该在口腔中诱导保护性免疫,而传统的疫苗接种方式难以做到这点,疫苗的黏膜给药途径可能会提高疫苗的免疫原性,增强其效果,本文对牙周炎疫苗的黏膜给药途径最新进展作一全面综述。Periodontitis,a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by bone resorption and tooth loosening,is the main cause of human tooth loss.The traditional treatment of periodontitis is mainly to remove and control dental plaque.However,the specific inflammatory response of the host is the main factor of tissue destruction and disease progression.Vaccine may be an effective adjunct to the prevention and treatment of periodontitis,but its low immunogenicity may limit its effectiveness.A successful periodontitis vaccine should induce protective immunity in the oral cavity,which is difficult to achieve with traditional vaccination ways.The mucosal route of vaccine administration may enhance the immunogenicity and efficacy.This article reviews the recent progress of mucosal route of periodontitis vaccine.
