摘 要:基于主客体相互作用制备了一种具有自修复性的新型水凝胶。由双丙烯酰化β-环糊精(β-CDA_(2))作为主体分子,丙烯酰化偶氮苯(aAzo)分子为客体分子,利用可逆的主客体相互作用获得一种新型可聚合的主客体超分子化合物—CD/Azo。通过自由基热引发触发CD/Azo超分子与丙烯酰胺(AM)共聚后,获得P(CD/Azo-AM)水凝胶。对β-CDA_(2),aAzo以及CD/Azo等前体分子进行了FTIR和^(1)H NMR表征,并对P(CD/Azo-AM)水凝胶的力学性能和自修复性能进行了研究。结果表明,CD/Azo的加入使P(CD/Azo-AM)水凝胶具备了良好的力学性能和自修复性能。该材料在超分子自组装、智能响应性传感器以及药物封装等方面表现出了巨大的应用潜力。To prepare a self-healing hydrogel based on host-guest interaction,a new type of hydrogel material was reported.With bisacrylamide β-cyclodextrin(β-CDA_(2))as the host molecule and acrylamide-azobenzene(aAzo)as the guest molecule,a new type of polymerizable host-guest supramolecule was obtained through reversible host-guest interaction compound—CD/Azo.Copolymerization of CD/Azo supramolecules and acrylamide was carried out by radical polymerization to prepare the P(CD/Azo-AM)hydrogels,which exhibited superior mechanical and self-healing properties.The β-CDA_(2),aAzo,and CD/Azo were confirmed by FTIR and ^(1)H NMR.Also tested the mechanical properties and the self-healing properties of the P(CD/Azo-AM)hydrogels.The results showed that the breaking strength and the elongation at break respectively increased after the addition of CD/Azo host-guest supramolecules.Besides,P(CD/Azo-AM)hydrogels also possessed a good self-healing property due to the introduction of host-guest supramolecules.The P(CD/Azo-AM)hydrogels had shown great application potential in supramolecular self-assembly,intelligent responsive sensors,and drug packaging.
