摘  要:通过改变水解条件得到不同水解度的聚丙烯酰胺溶液。建立了聚丙烯酰胺水解度调控方法,明确了水解度以及相应的粘度变化规律。研究表明,增加碱、增加水解时间、提高水解温度均能在一定范围内提高聚丙烯酰胺溶液水解度。提高碱度,会导致聚丙烯酰胺溶液水解度增加,粘度大幅降低。通过透析除碱的操作单独提高水解度,溶液粘度与自然水解样本基本一致。最后采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜对不同水解度聚丙烯酰胺溶液微观分子形态进行观测,从微观角度验证了实验测量数据的变化规律。By changing the hydrolysis conditions,polyacrylamide solutions with different degrees of hydrolysis are obtained.,established the control and test method of polyacrylamide hydrolysis degree.and the changes in viscosity and microscopic molecular morphology caused by changes in the degree of hydrolysis are studied.Research shows that increasing alkalinity,increasing hydrolysis time,and increasing hydrolysis temperature can all increase the degree of hydrolysis of polyacrylamide solution within a certain range.Finally,optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope were used to observe the microscopic molecular morphology of polyacrylamide solutions with different degrees of hydrolysis,which verified the change law of experimental measurement data from a microscopic point of view.
