摘  要:土壤中酚类化合物的测定按照HJ 703—2014进行分析,主要分为提取,旋蒸,净化,浓缩,上机等过程。在分析过程中,酚类化合物回收率极不稳定,且结果偏低。通过对土壤中酚类化合物的分析过程进行系统研究,确定了土壤酚类化合物的分析最优条件,并发现:(1)冻干土壤对酚类化合物的吸附较强,硅藻土对2,4-二硝基酚有吸附;(2)2,4-二甲酚易氧化,易挥发,极不稳定,测定时应在强酸强碱的条件下水洗;(3)2,4-二硝基苯、4-硝基酚等高沸点的酚类化合物受仪器的影响比较明显。The determination of phenolic compounds in soil is analyzed according to HJ703-2014,which is mainly divided into extraction,rotary distillation,purification,concentration,and operation.In the analysis process,the recovery rate of phenolic compounds is very unstable,and the results are low.Through systematic study on the analysis process of phenolic compounds in soil,the optimal conditions for the analysis of phenolic compounds in soil were determined.The results showed that:freeze dried soil had strong adsorption of phenolic compounds,diatomite had adsorption of 2,4-dinitrophenol;@2,4-Xylenol was easy to oxidize,volatilize and extremely unstable,so it should be washed in the condition of strong acid and alkali;2,4-dinitrobenzene,4-nitrophenol and other high boiling point phenolic compounds are obviously affected by the instrument.
