摘　　要：采用热质联用(TGA-DSC-MS)对橡胶改性沥青烟进行分析,表征了沥青烟气的组成成分,然后依据沥青烟气特点设计开发了一种高效的除味剂,用于去除橡胶改性沥青在使用过程中产生的沥青烟气,降低恶臭和抑制挥发性有机物。采用红外光谱和同步热分析仪(DSC-TGA)对除味剂进行表征,分析了除味剂本身的理化特点。采用TGA、DSC和气相色谱分析对除味剂的在橡胶改性沥青中的应用效果进行评价。结果显示,所研制的除味剂表现出显著的除味效果,综合性能优于市售产品,沥青烟中几种主要恶臭物的浓度和有机挥发物出现显著降低。Rubber modified asphalt flue gas was analyzed by thermal mass spectrometry(TGA-DSC-MS),and the composition of the asphalt flue gas was characterized.Then according to the characteristics of the asphalt flue gas,an efficient deodorant was designed and developed to remove rubber modified asphalt smoke,reduce odor and inhibit volatile organic compounds.The deodorant was characterized by infrared spectrum(IR),DSC and TGA,and its physical and chemical characteristics were analyzed.Adding deodorant to rubber modified asphalt,the application effect of deodorant was analyzed by TGA,DSC and gas chromatography.The results show that the developed deodorant has remarkable deodorization effect in modified asphalt,and its comprehensive performance is better than the market products.The concentrations of several main odors and organic volatiles in asphalt smoke decreased significantly.
