摘　　要：基于企业生命周期视角,选取2013—2020年高新技术企业的面板数据为研究样本,探讨政府补贴对不同生命周期企业绿色创新的作用效果,以及在哪种产业集聚模式下可以最大限度地发挥政府补贴对绿色创新的作用。结果显示:(1)政府补贴对企业绿色创新具有显著的双重门槛效应,只有当政府补贴位于特定的阈值内时,对绿色创新的促进作用才能达到最大。(2)政府补贴对企业绿色创新的门槛效应随企业生命周期呈动态变化特征,从成长期企业到衰退期企业,政府补贴的门槛效应呈现出由强到弱的递减趋势。(3)产业多样化城市有利于促进成长期企业绿色创新水平的提升,产业专业化城市有利于促进成熟期企业绿色创新水平的提升。Based on the enterprise life cycle perspective,the panel data of high-tech enterprises from 2013 to 2020 are select-ed as research samples to explore what effect government subsidies have on green innovation of enterprises with different life cycles and under which industrial agglomeration model the effect of government subsidies on green innovation can be maxi-mized.The research results show that:(1)Government subsidies have a significant double threshold effect on enterprise green innovation,and the promotion effect on green innovation can be maximized only when government subsidies are located within a specific threshold value.(2)The threshold effect of government subsidies on enterprise green innovation is charac-terized by dynamic changes in the life cycle of enterprises,and the threshold effect of government subsidies shows a decrea-sing trend from strong to weak from growth-stage enterprises to declining-stage enterprises.(3)Cities with diversified indus-tries are conducive to promoting the green innovation level of enterprises in the growth period,and cities with specialized in-dustries are conducive to promoting the green innovation level of enterprises in the maturity period.
