孵化器内在孵企业社会资本对企业绩效影响的元分析

摘　　要：基于2005—2022年43篇中英文实证文献的105个效应值数据,综合使用元分析和结构方程模型方法,探讨孵化器内在孵企业社会资本对企业绩效的影响机制及边界条件。元分析结果显示:(1)在孵企业社会资本及其子维度结构、关系、认知社会资本均与企业绩效正相关;(2)知识资源获取在社会资本和企业绩效中发挥中介作用,东西方文化调节社会资本和知识资源获取之间的关系;(3)孵化器产权性质显著调节关系社会资本和企业绩效之间的关系,政府治理水平负向调节社会资本和企业绩效之间的关系。Based on 105 effect size data of 43 Chinese and English empirical literature from 2005 to 2022,meta-analysis and structural equation modeling methods are used to explore the impact mechanism and boundary conditions of social capital of incubated enterprises on enterprise performance.The meta-analysis results show that:(1)The social capital of incubated en-terprises and its sub-dimension structure,relationship,and cognitive social capital are positively correlated with enterprise performance;(2)Knowledge resource acquisition plays an intermediary role in social capital and enterprise performance,east and west culture moderates the relationship between social capital and knowledge resource acquisition;(3)The property rights of incubators significantly moderate the relationship between relational social capital and enterprise performance,and the level of government governance negatively moderates the relationship between social capital and enterprise performance.
