摘　　要：目的:了解在校大学生视力状况,为预防视力低下提供数据参考和科学的理论依据。方法:对成都中医药大学19191名在校大学生进行视力检测,运用SPSSPRO对数据进行统计和分析,使用t检验和方差分析。结果:视力低下的学生有17630人,视力低下率高达91.9%,重度视力低下为13041人,占68%;男生和女生在裸眼视力上不存在显著差异;大一、大二、大三和大四学生在视力状况上存在显著差异,随着年级的升高学生视力状况逐渐不佳;医学类与非医学类专业在视力状况上没有显著差异。结论:大学生视力状况不容乐观,视力正常学生占比小,应当引起高度重视,采取行之有效的办法进行干预,提高学生的视力健康。Objective:This study aims to investigate the visual health status of students at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,providing data reference and scientific theoretical basis for preventing visual impairment.Methods:A total of 19,19l students enrolled at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were subjected to visual acuity tests.Data were analyzed and statistically processed using SPSSPRO,employing t-tests and analysis of variance(ANOVA).Results:Among the surveyed students,17,630 individuals exhibited visual impairment,resulting in a high prevalence rate of 91.9%.Severe visual impairment was found in 13,041 students,accounting for 68%.No significant difference was observed between male and female students in terms of unaided visual acuity.However,significant differences were found among freshmen,sophomores,juniors,and seniors in terms of visual health,with deteriorating visual acuity as the grade level increased.There was no significant difference in visual health between medical and non-medical majors.Conclusion:The visual health of university students is concerning,with a small proportion having normal vision.It is crucial to give high priority to this issue and implement effective interventionsto improvestudentsvisual health.
