摘 要:民族地区旅游企业对当地社会经济的发展至关重要,企业活力作为地区社会经济发展过程中最重要的微观组成,是产业与经济生态健康的关键。文章选取海南省陵水黎族自治县作为案例研究地,采用半结构式访谈对陵水县各类型旅游企业的经营者展开访谈。依据访谈资料并结合文献资料,得出民族地区旅游企业在其恢复活力的过程中面临着旅游企业素质、外部环境及交互作用三方面的障碍。文章提出了通过建立企业韧性、重建市场格局、加强品牌宣传等路径来助力民族地区旅游企业活力恢复及疫后可持续发展的建议。Tourism enterprises in ethnic areas are crucial to the social and economic development of ethnic areas.As the most important micro component in the process of regional social and economic development,enterprise vitality is the key to industrial and economic ecological health.This paper takes Lingshui Li Autonomous County as a case study,and uses semi-structured interview to collect data.Based on interviews and literature,this paper concludes that tourism enterprises in ethnic areas face three obstacles in the process of their revitalization,namely,the quality of tourism enterprises,the external environment and interaction.Finally,this paper proposes to help tourism enterprises in ethnic areas recover their vitality and achieve sustainable development after the pandemic by establishing enterprise resilience,rebuilding market pattern,and strengthening brand publicity.
