摘 要:毛状体是植物地上部的特化的表皮细胞结构,在胁迫响应过程中发挥着各种作用,如提高耐寒性和耐旱性、抵御紫外线和昆虫食草动物等。随着生物技术的发展,植物表皮细胞起始及发育的分子调控机制渐渐明了,尤其是以模式植物拟南芥为代表的单细胞表皮毛调控机制的研究尤为深入。鉴于此,本研究综述了植物毛状体腺毛及非腺毛特征功能,阐述了以R2R3MYB-bHLH-WD40三聚体复合物为核心的植物毛状体分子调控网络机制,并介绍了拟南芥、棉花及杨树等典型单细胞毛状体发育调控关键基因,以期为研究其他植物毛状体的分子调控模式及新品种改良提供参考。Tri chome is a specialized epidermal cell structure located on aerial parts of plants,which plays a variety of roles in biological and abiotic stress responses,such as improving cold and drought tolerance,ultraviolet(UV)resistance,insect and herbivore resistance,and so on.With the development of biotechnology,the molecular regulatory mechanism of epidermal cell initiation and development in plants has been gradually clarified,especially the regulatory mechanism of single-celled epidermal cells represented by the model plant of Arabidopsis thaliana.In this review,we focus on the characteristics and functions of glandular hairs and non-glandular hairs,elaborate to R2R3 MYB-bHLH-WD40 trimer compounds as the core mechanism of molecular regulatory network of trichomes,as well as some key genes of typical single-cell trichomes such as Arabidopsis thaliana,cotton,and poplar.This article provides a reference for the study of molecular regulation of trichomes in other plants and the improvement of new varieties.
