摘  要:为保障伺服驱动器出厂质量、提高产品检测效率,设计了一种交流伺服驱动器测试系统。该系统包括上位机和由数据通信模块、数据采集模块和负载加载模块构成的下位机。上位机与伺服驱动器之间采用Modbus和CAN open通信协议,实现对伺服驱动器的参数配置和伺服电机的实时控制。下位机通过加载系统为电机提供负载,并通过采集模块将测试数据传入上位机用于测试结果分析。实验结果表明,该系统能实现对交流伺服驱动器的测试。该系统结构紧凑,操作简便,精度可满足交流伺服驱动器测试要求,对完善伺服驱动器检测体系具有指导和借鉴作用。An AC servo drive testing system is designed to ensure the delivery quality of the servo drives,and improve the product testing efficiency.The system includes an upper computer and a lower computer composed of a data communication module,a data acquisition module and a load loading module.The Modbus and CAN open communication protocols are used between the host computer and the servo drive to realize the parameter configuration of the servo drive and the real-time control of the servo motor.The lower computer provides the load for the motor through the loading system,and transmits the motor data to the upper computer through the acquisition module for analysis of the test results.The experimental results show that the system can realize the test of AC servo drive.The system is compact in structure,easy to operate,and its accuracy can meet the testing requirements of AC servo drives,which has a guiding and reference role for perfecting the servo driver testing system.
