摘 要:海柽1号是由中华柽柳变异单株选育而成的柽柳新品种。耐盐能力强、枝叶生物量大,是滨海盐碱地植被建设的优良材料,能否利用海柽1号的高耐盐性和枝叶生物量大的特点进行重盐碱地饲草生产尚不得知。为此,对比分析了海柽1号与普通中华柽柳枝叶的饲用价值,以期为滨海重盐碱地饲草生产提供参考。结果表明:营养价值方面,海柽1号的粗脂肪含量较中华柽柳高40.85%;海柽1号的微量元素锌、铁含量较中华柽柳高15.39%、25.17%;海柽1号较中华柽柳的总黄酮含量低26.27%。海柽1号在单糖含量中以葡萄糖为主,中华柽柳以鼠李糖为主。在氨基酸、有机酸、脂肪酸含量组成方面,海柽1号的氨基酸总量低于中华柽柳26.43%;有机酸中海柽1号中丁二酸含量最多,高于中华柽柳1.97%;柽柳中含量最高的脂肪酸是亚油酸,海柽1号的亚油酸含量较中华柽柳低11.87%。由此可见,海柽1号的饲用价值较高,是滨海重度盐碱地理想的木本饲草。“Haicheng 1” was a new variety of Tamarisk selected from a single variant of Tamarix chinensis.The high salt tolerance and high branch and leaf biomass made it an excellent material for coastal saline vegetation construction.It was not known whether the high salt tolerance and high branch and leaf biomass of T.chinensis “Haicheng 1” could be used for forage production in heavily saline lands.In this study,the forage value of “Haicheng 1” was compared with that of common T.chinensis in order to provide a reference for forage production in heavily saline coastal areas.The results showed that:In terms of nutritional value,the crude fat content of “Haicheng 1” was 40.85% higher than that of T.chinensis;The trace elements zinc and iron content of “Haicheng 1” was 15.39% and 25.17% higher than that of T.chinensis;The total flavonoid content of “Haicheng 1” was 26.27% lower than that of T.chinensis.The “Haicheng 1” was dominated by glucose in the monosaccharide content,while T.chinensis was dominated by rhamnose.In terms of amino acid,organic acid and fatty acid content composition,the total amino acid content of “Haicheng 1” was lower than that of T.chinensis by 26.47%;The organic acid content of “Haicheng 1” was the highest in succinic acid,higher than that of T.chinensis by 1.97%;The highest fatty acid content in Tamarisk was linoleic acid,and the linoleic acid content of “Haicheng 1” was lower than that of T.chinensis by 11.87%.It could be seen that “Haicheng 1” was of high feeding value,which was an ideal woody forage for heavily saline lands.
