基于“旦慧、昼安、夕加、夜甚”理论探讨十二指肠溃疡的发病节律

摘　　要：十二指肠溃疡的节律性疼痛多在夜间发生或加重,这与《黄帝内经》中的“旦慧、昼安、夕加、夜甚”理论相合。文章立足于此,依据阴阳学说、营卫气血理论及西医相关研究对十二指肠溃疡在夜间病情加重的现象进行分析,以求能够更全面地把握该病的中医病机,为十二指肠溃疡的临床治疗提供更多思路。The rhythmic pain of duodenal ulcer often occurs or worsens at night,which is consistent with the theory of “Danhui,Zhouan,Xijia and Yeshen” in the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic.Based on this,this paper analyzes the aggravation of duodenal ulcer at night according to the theory of yin and yang,the theory of meridian qi and blood flow and modern medical research,in order to more comprehensively grasp the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of the disease and provide more ideas for the clinical treatment of duodenal ulcer.
