摘　　要：目的了解胃癌患者智谋水平现状,分析其影响因素。方法便利选取山东省某三级甲等医院151例胃癌患者为研究对象,采用患者一般资料调查量表和智谋量表进行问卷调查,对调查数据进行单因素分析以及多元线性回归分析。结果胃癌患者智谋水平总均分为(75.91±16.61)分,其中个人智谋为(45.30±8.70)分,社会智谋为(30.61±7.26)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度、家庭月收入是其影响因素(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者智谋水平处于中等水平,临床护理工作者应关注患者智谋水平,提高患者生活质量。Objective To understand the current status of resourcefulness in patients with gastric cancer and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 151 patients with gastric cancer as research objects,and general information questionnaire and resourcefulness scale(RS)were used for questionnaire survey.Univariate analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis were carried out on the survey data.Results The average resourcefulness of gastric cancer patients was(75.91±16.61)points,including personal resourcefulness(45.30±8.70)points and social resourcefulness(30.61±7.26)points.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that age,education level and monthly family income were the influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The resourcefulness of gastric cancer patients is at a medium level,so clinical nursing workers should pay attention to the resourcefulness of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
