摘　　要：扎实推进共同富裕是社会主义国有企业的本质属性与核心功能,是国有企业改革发展的出发点和落脚点。让全体人民更多更公平地共享国有企业改革发展成果是国有企业推进共同富裕的关键路径,而持续满足人民群众日益增长的共同需要则是国有企业利润全民共享的实践指向。国有企业为扎实推进共同富裕提供了坚实的物质基础,在提高劳动者劳动报酬方面发挥了示范作用,在增强国家再分配能力方面发挥了重要支撑作用,在积极承担社会责任方面发挥了表率作用。要更好发挥国有企业利润全民共享在推进共同富裕中的重要作用,需以满足社会共同需要为核心,坚持分类改革原则,继续发挥上缴净利润和国有股充实社保基金的既有共享路径,进一步提升国有企业利润全民共享规模,同时还要充分发挥价格调节机制与直接提供基本公共产品和服务的事前调节作用,下调基本民生产品和服务的价格,降低实体经济中的企业融资成本,不断缩小城乡区域居民之间的基本公共产品和服务的消费差距。Solid promotion of Common prosperity is the essential attribute and core function of socialist state-owned enterprises,as well as the starting point and foothold of the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.Let all people share more and more equitably the reform and development achievements of state-owned enterprises is the Critical path method for state-owned enterprises to promote Common prosperity,while continuously meeting the growing common needs of the people is the practical direction for state-owned enterprises to share profits with the whole people.State owned enterprises have provided a solid material foundation for the solid promotion of Common prosperity,played an exemplary role in improving the labor remuneration of workers,played an supporting role in strengthening the national redistribution capacity,and played an exemplary role in actively assuming social responsibility.To improve the important role of state-owned enterprises'profit sharing in promoting the whole people's Common prosperity,it is necessary to focus on meeting the common needs of society,adhere to the principle of classified reform,continue to play the existing sharing path of turning in net profits and state-owned shares to enrich social security funds,further improve the scale of state-owned enterprises'profit sharing among the whole people,and give full play to the pre adjustment role of price adjustment mechanism and direct provision of basic public goods and services,thus to lower the price of basic livelihood products and services,as well as the financing costs of enterprises in the real economy,and continuously narrow the consumption gap between urban and rural residents in basic public goods and services.
