Mediastinal ectopic papillary thyroid carcinoma:A case report

摘　　要：本文报道1例50岁纵隔原发异位甲状腺乳头状癌男性患者。患者体检发现纵隔肿瘤,行胸腔镜下纵隔囊性肿物切除术,手术时间1 h,术中出血量10 mL,术后病理诊断为异位甲状腺乳头状癌。术后患者恢复良好,无手术相关并发症,于术后第2 d出院,随访未见复发。本文还对纵隔异位甲状腺癌进行文献复习,以探讨异位甲状腺癌的临床特征、诊断及治疗。We report a 50-year-old man with mediastinal tumor.The patient received the thoracoscopic resection for mediastinal tumor with the operative time of 1 h and intraoperative blood loss of 10 mL.The final diagnosis after surgical excision was an ectopic papillary thyroid carcinoma.The patient recovered well without surgery-related complications,and was discharged on the 2nd day after the operation.No recurrence was found during the follow-up.We also reviewed relevant literature to explore the clinical features,diagnosis,and treatment of ectopic thyroid carcinoma.
