摘　　要：为探索孵化器控制力对在孵企业吸收能力非线性作用的机制和边界,基于动态能力理论和孵化器控制力理论,对143家在孵企业的调研数据进行实证分析。结果表明,孵化器控制力对在孵企业吸收能力有倒“U”型影响,在孵企业入孵年限负向调节上述非线性关系,孵化器内在孵企业间资源竞争正向调节上述非线性关系。因此,要有效把控好孵化器控制力的度,将其尽可能控制在对在孵企业吸收能力有促进作用的水平,针对不同孵化年限的企业作出不同的调整,同时要关注在孵企业之间资源竞争对于培育效果的影响。Based on the theory of dynamic capability and the theory of incubator control,this paper explores the mechanism and boundary of the nonlinear effect of incubator control on the incubated firms'absorptive capability and makes an empirical analysis of the survey data of 143 incubated firms.The results show that the incubator control has an inverted U-shaped effect on the incubated firms'absorptive capability.The incubation years negatively moderates the above nonlinear relationship,and the resource competition within incubator between the incubated firms positively moderates the above nonlinear relationship.According to the research conclusions,the paper suggets that the degree of incubator control should be controlled to the level of promoting incubated firms'absorptive capability,and different adjustments should be made for enterprises with different incubation years.At the same time,attention should be paid to the influence of resource competition within incubator on the cultivation effect.
