摘 要:NM23基因在1988年被发现具有肿瘤转移抑制功能,该基因对肿瘤的侵袭、增殖及转移有一定的调节作用,抑制多种肿瘤细胞的转移,对肿瘤的发生发展、病理分期及其预后发挥着极其重要的作用。本文检索了国内外最新的NM23基因与肿瘤相关性研究报道,结果显示NM23基因在骨肉瘤、胃癌、膀胱癌等多种恶性肿瘤细胞中表达降低。此研究结果可以进一步了解NM23基因在相关肿瘤的发生、发展中的分子作用机制。The NM23 gene was discovered in 1988 to have tumor metastasis inhibition function.This gene has a certain regulatory effect on tumor invasion,proliferation and metastasis,inhibits the metastasis of various tumor cells,and plays an extremely important role in the occurrence,development,pathological staging and prognosis of tumors.This paper searched the latest research reports on the relationship between NM23 gene and tumor at home and abroad.The results showed that the expression of NM23 gene in osteosarcoma,gastric cancer,bladder cancer and other malignant tumor cells was reduced.This research result can further understand the molecular mechanism of NM23 gene in the occurrence and development of related tumors.
