摘 要:本文基于新型间隙波导传输线技术,设计了一种宽带的0 dB前向波定向耦合器,提出的耦合器中心频率在30 GHz,可以实现宽带平坦的0 dB耦合特性,通过在两个相邻的槽间隙波导的公共壁上开耦合缝隙来实现主通道到副通道的能量耦合.为了方便实验测试,还设计了宽带的槽间隙波导到标准WR-28波导的过渡转换结构.最后进行了实物加工与测量,根据测量结果,本文提出的定向耦合器工作频带为27.1~31.5 GHz,带内最大插入损耗约为0.5 dB,且回波损耗小于-10 dB,耦合器的相对带宽为14.7%(中心频率30 GHz).测量结果与仿真结果吻合较好,实验验证了该设计方法的正确性.In this paper,a broadband 0 dB forward wave directional coupler is designed based on the new gap wave⁃guide transmission line technology.The center frequency of the proposed coupler is 30 GHz,which can realize broadband flat 0 dB coupling level.The energy coupling from the main channel to the auxiliary channel is realized by multi coupling slots on the common wall of two adjacent groove gap waveguides.For the convenience of experimental measurement and verification,the transition from groove gap waveguide to standard WR-28 waveguide is designed.Finally,the designed cou⁃pler is manufactured and measured.According to the measurement results,the proposed directional coupler working fre⁃quency band is 27.1~31.5 GHz and maximum insertion loss is about 0.5 dB,the return loss is less than-10 dB,and relative bandwidth is about 14.7%(center frequency is 30 GHz).The simulated result and measurement result agree well with each other,and the correctness of the design method is verified by experiments.
