摘 要:新形势下,辍学问题为开放教育的发展带来了巨大的挑战,这不仅关乎开放教育的事业拓展,也关系到开放教育的办学效果。造成辍学问题的根本原因是学生的思想和行为出现了偏差。立足于开放教育,从课程思政视角探究治理辍学问题,分析了课程思政促进辍学治理的作用机制,进而提出了在课程思政视角下,提高教师素质,提升为学生服务意识和能力;完善学习支持服务系统,提升学生自学能力;培植学习动机激发机制,转变学生求学观念;加强职业教育和未来教育,借鉴社会助学优秀案例等辍学治理实施路径,为开放教育辍学问题治理提供了理论和实践的参考。In the ever-evolving landscape of open education,the formidable challenge of dropout rates has cast a shadow over its growth and overall effectiveness.The issue of dropout is not merely a matter of expanding open education;it extends its influence into broader educational concerns.At its core,the problem of dropout is rooted in deviations in students'attitudes and behaviors,culminating in their contemplation of discontinuation.This paper delves into open education and investigates strategies for managing dropout from the vantage point of curriculum ideology and politics.The dimension entails an in-depth analysis of the mechanisms that facilitate dropout governance through curriculum ideology and political education.The proposed measures include bolstering the capacity and awareness of educators in serving students,enhancing the self-learning abilities of students through the optimization of the learning support service system,stimulating learning motivation,shifting students'learning paradigms,and offering vocational and future-oriented education.Drawing from successful cases of social assistance,this research crafts a blueprint for dropout governance in open education.These groundbreaking insights underscore the pivotal role of ideological education in advancing dropout governance,as viewed through the prism of curriculum ideology and politics.They offer both theoretical and practical guidance for addressing dropout challenges in the realm of open education.
