摘　　要：北京开放大学在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的科学指引下,认真贯彻中央关于普通高等学校基层党组织工作要求,在推动开放大学校企合作办学领域内功能型党支部建设进行了许多探索。在总结北京开放大学校企合作办学领域内功能型党支部党建工作的主要做法和成效的基础上,例如“党建+领头羊”“党建+思想政治教育”“党建+宣传贯彻”等做法,分析其在功能型党支部建设存在的“队伍建设不完善”“规范政策缺失”“支部凝聚力弱”等问题及具体表现,并针对问题提出了改进措施,旨在推进开放大学校企合作办学领域内功能型党支部建设,为新时代开放大学校企合作领域功能型党支部建设提供参考与经验借鉴。This paper presents a comprehensive overview of the key practices and accomplishments in the establishment of functional Party branch initiatives within the realm of school-enterprise cooperative school running at Beijing Open University.These initiatives encompass"Party building+leadership,""Party building+ideological and political education",and"Party building+propaganda and implementation".By scrutinizing areas such as"incomplete team formation,""lack of standardized policies",and"limited branch cohesion",this paper identifies persistent issues in the development of functional Party branches.Furthermore,it offers a set of constructive measures designed to address these challenges.The ultimate goal is to advance the construction of functional Party branches in the domain of open school-enterprise collaborative school running and provide valuable insights for similar endeavors in the new era.
