摘  要:[目的]研究不同施氮量对烟叶根系发育及烟叶产质量的影响。[方法]采用盆栽试验法,以云烟87为材料,检测了盆栽烤烟根系发育、农艺性状、化学成分、产量和品质等指标。[结果]施氮量105 kg/hm~2处理烟叶根系长度、根系表面积、根尖数最大,根系平均直径较小。随着施氮量增加,产量和产值增加;施氮量105 kg/hm~2中上等烟比例较高、均价较高。施氮量增加,上部叶的烟碱含量增加;施氮量105 kg/hm~2处理烟叶的刺激性较小,烟气较为柔和,可用性较好。[结论]施氮量105 kg/hm~2能够提升烟叶烟碱含量,有效提高烟叶产质量和品质,是皖南烟区云烟87较优的施氮量。[Objective]To verify the effects of different nitrogen application rates on root development,yield and quality of tobacco leaves.[Method]Taking Yunyan 87 as test variety,the indexes of root development,agronomic characters,chemical composition,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco were detected with pot experiment.[Result]The root length,root surface area and root tip number were the largest and the average root diameter was smaller in the treatment of nitrogen application rate of 105 kg/hm 2.With the increase of nitrogen application rate,the yield and output value increased;the proportion of medium and high-grade tobacco was higher and the average price was higher when the nitrogen application rate was 105 kg/hm 2.The nicotine content of upper leaves increased with the increase of nitrogen application;the treatment of 105 kg/hm 2 nitrogen application had less irritation,softer smoke and better availability.[Conclusion]The nitrogen application rate of 105 kg/hm 2 could increase the nicotine content of tobacco leaves and effectively improve the yield and quality of tobacco leaves.It was the better nitrogen application rate of Yunyan 87 in Southern Anhui Province.
