摘  要:微生物学是生命科学中一门理论与实践性较强的重要基础课程。在高等教育落实立德树人根本任务的背景下,进行了OBE理念下的微生物学课程思政元素的挖掘与教学改革。以产出为导向,学生为中心,进行反向教学设计。从教学目标、教学内容、教学方式、教学情景和教学评价5个维度进行教学改革与思政建设,持续提高微生物学教学质量。采用特色的“名人事例”“每章一悟”和“学术育人”的方法,作为课程思政切入点,激发学生的爱国主义、民族责任、科学精神、“三农”意识及环保意识等,发挥微生物学课程的立德树人功能。Microbiology is an important basic course with strong theoretical and practical characteristics in the life science field.Under the background of the talent cultivation function in higher education,excavated the ideological and political elements and explored on the teaching reform of the microbiology course based on OBE concept.On the basis of analyzing the problems in teaching,output-oriented,student-centered,reverse teaching design was carried out.Teaching reform and ideological and political construction were carried out from five dimensions:teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching scenarios and teaching evaluation.Continuously improved the quality of microbiology teaching.Furthermore,methods of“famous personnel examples”,“one understanding per chapter”and“academic education”were adopted as the starting points for curriculum ideological and political education.Ultimately,the purpose of stimulating students’patriotism,national responsibility,scientific spirit,awareness of rural areas and environmental protection will be achieved.
