摘 要:在新农科建设的背景下,新疆农业大学动物医学学院结合区域实际,针对少数民族地区农业类高校动物药学专业专业认同度低、学生专业兴趣不高的现象,通过剖析目前专业思想教育存在的问题,开展新生教育、全过程渗透、整合资源,协同进行专业思想教育,科学规划教育时间、创新教育形式,融合就业指导、思想政治教育与专业思想教育。针对少数民族地区学生的特点,开展全过程帮扶等措施,探索了少数民族地区农业类高校动物药学专业思想教育模式,有效改善少数民族学生的学习状态和专业认同度,旨在为我国少数民族地区农业类相关专业的专业思想教育提供借鉴。In the context of the construction of new agriculture science,based on the regional characteristics,aiming at the phenomena of low professional recognition and low professional interest of students in animal pharmacy major of agricultural universities in minority areas,College of Animal Medicine of Xinjiang Agricultural University analyzed the problems existing in the current professional ideological education.Through the freshman education,the whole process infiltration and resources’integration,we coordinated professional ideological education,scientifically planed education time,innovated the education forms,and integrated employment guidance,ideological and political education and professional ideological education.According to the characteristics of ethnic students,a series of measures such as the whole process of assistance were taken.The model of implementing ideological education in animal pharmacy major of agricultural colleges and universities in minority areas was explored,which effectively improved the learning status and professional recognition of ethnic students was explored,so as to provide references for the professional ideological education of agricultural-related majors in minority areas in China.
