摘　　要：为满足现代种业发展的需求,探讨了产教融合在高职种子专业人才培养中的必要性和基本思路,提出了基于产教融合理念的现代种业人才培养模式的构建策略,明确了种子专业人才培养目标,构建了高职种子专业理实一体“两轮三段”人才培养模式,建立了现代种业“育繁推一体化”实践教学体系,从而提高种子专业人才培养质量,为社会培养更多优秀的现代种业人才,满足社会对种子专业人才的需求。In order to meet the development of modern seed industry,we discussed the necessity and basic ideas of the production and education of higher vocational seed professionals,put forward the strategy of the modern seed industry talent cultivation model based on production and education,clarified the training objectives,and constructed the‘two rounds and three stages’talents cultivation model and the practice teaching system of‘integration of breeding and promotion’in seed professional.This talents cultivation model could improve the training quality for meeting the demand of the society for seed professionals.
