中外合作办学在职学历教育推动终身教育创新发展的实践探索——以中国社会科学院大学为例

摘  要:党的二十大提出要“建设全民终身学习的学习型社会、学习型大国”,为推动我国终身教育事业高质量发展指明了发展方向,提供了根本遵循。中外合作办学在职教育促进了国际文化交流,在教育开放背景下为终身教育拓展了新渠道,丰富了新理念,取得了显著成效。实践经验表明,中外合作办学在职学历教育必须坚持立德树人、坚持需求导向、坚持融合创新才能取得成功。开展中外合作办学在职学历教育的高校应更加重视在构建多元化、多层次终身教育体系中的作用,立足经济社会发展需求,丰富在职学历教育供给,坚持守正创新,开放办学,不断提供优质教育,以满足人民群众的需求。The 20th CPC National Congress establishes the strategic objective of“build a society and country of learning where lifelong learning is pursued by all”,and sets the course for the high-quality development of lifelong education in China.The in-service education at Sino-foreign cooperative educational institutions has achieved remarkable results in promoting international cultural exchanges,expanding new channels and creating new concept for lifelong education.Practical experience shows that on-the-job academic education at Sino-foreign educational institutions must uphold the principle of fostering character and civic virtue,remain demand-driven,and adhere to integrated innovation.Sino-foreign cooperative colleges and universities should pay greater attention to their roles in building a diversified,multi-level lifelong education system.They must keep in mind the demand of the economic and social development,provide more and better in-service academic education programs,uphold fundamental principles and break new ground,adhere to the approach of opening up,and constantly provide quality education to meet the needs of the people.
