《荒原》赵萝蕤译注中知识溯源的文化功能

摘　　要：托马斯·斯特尔那斯·艾略特《荒原》发表一百周年之际,考察赵萝蕤的首译本注释中的知识溯源十分必要。研究《荒原》译注中的文学形象重塑、伦理选择和宗教教化的特征与功能发现,译注将原诗中的在场与缺场串联起来,扩大了译本的互文关系,补充了原注的文化知识细节,丰富了《荒原》翻译文化史的内涵,总结了翻译副文本的文化功能,对重新认识《荒原》的文化价值具有重要的借鉴作用。On the 100th anniversary of the publication of T. S. Eliot's The Waste Land, it is necessary to trace the culturalknowledg in the notes of Zhao Luorui's first Chinese translation of the poem. This paper analyzes the features andfunctions of literary image reconstruction, ethical choice and religious enlightenment in the translation end notes ofThe Waste Land. Findings show that the translation notes unify the presence and absence of the original poetry,expand the intertextuality of the translated text, and supplement the cultural knowledge details of the original notes,enrich the connotation of the cultural history of the poem translation, and summarize the cultural functions of thetranslated paratext. It is of great significance to reevaluate the cultural value of this poem.
