摘 要:针对二维不规则零件下料生产线原材料利用率不高、作业效率较低等问题,提出一种复杂下料工艺约束下的二维不规则零件优化排样方法。以最大化原材料利用率为优化目标,建立了二维不规则零件下料问题的数学模型,利用一种图形碰撞算法实现零件的定位,提高了原材料利用率。通过零件图形的平移、旋转、镜像等操作动态构造排样单元,提高了连续切割和零件自动码垛的作业效率。算例对比分析验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。Aiming at the problems of low material utilization and low working efficiency in cutting production line of two-dimensional irregular parts(2DIP),an optimal layout method was proposed for the 2DIP under complex cutting process constraints.A mathematical model of the 2DIP cutting stock problem was established with the optimization goal of maximizing material utilization.The parts were positioned by a graphics collision algorithm which improved material utilization.The layout units were dynamically constructed by the translation,rotation,mirroring and other operations of part graphics to improve the efficiency of continuous cutting and automatic palletizing of parts.Feasibility and effectiveness of the method were verified by the comparative analysis of examples.
