摘 要:地下位移三维测量传感器在实际应用时,岩土环境会影响传感器测量结果。文中以温度、土壤中铁磁物质作为影响因素进行研究,设计一个岩土环境模拟控制箱,通过改变箱体内温度、更换不同岩土分别进行实验,利用传感器测量得到Ⅰ型互感电压和Ⅱ型互感电压。采用Matlab软件对不同温度环境下的数据进行分析,获取温度和Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型互感电压的关系,以及不同土壤和Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型互感电压的关系。实验结果表明,温度和传感器测量的互感电压呈正相关,尾矿砂土壤相较于普通土壤会导致传感器测量的互感电压增加。最后,使用最小二乘法曲线拟合,并对误差进行补偿,得出传感器位移测量误差在5%以内,说明传感器在不同岩土环境中的测量精度得到了改善。The geotechnical environment can affect the sensor measurement results when the underground displacement three-dimensional measurement sensor is applied in practice.The temperature and ferromagnetic substances in soil are used as influencing factors for research.A geotechnical environment simulation control box is designed to obtain the type I mutual inductance voltage and typeⅡmutual inductance voltage obtained from sensor measurement by changing the temperature inside the box and replacing different geotechnical soils to conduct experiments respectively.The data in different temperature environments are analyzed by means of Matlab software to obtain the relationship between temperature and type I and typeⅡmutual inductance voltages,and the relationship between different soils and type I and typeⅡmutual inductance voltages.The experimental results show that there is a positive correlation between temperature and the mutual inductance voltage measured by the sensor,and tailings sand soil can cause an increase in the mutual inductance voltage measured by the sensor compared to ordinary soil.The least squares curve is used for curve fitting and compensating for the error,it is found that the displacement measurement error of the sensor is within 5%,indicating that the measurement accuracy of the sensor has been improved in different geotechnical environments.
