摘　　要：提出一种小型化低功耗超宽带低相位噪声频率合成器的设计方法。设计一个输出频率为50 MHz~20 GHz、跳频步进1 Hz、@20 GHz相位噪声为≤-100 dBc/Hz@1 kHz和≤-110 dBc/Hz@10 kHz的超宽带低相位噪声频率合成器。利用小数分频锁相环和直接式频率合成技术,实现了频率合成器的设计。经测试,技术指标均优于设计要求。A design method of miniaturized low-power low-spurious UWB noise frequency synthesizer is introduced.A low-spurious UWB noise frequency synthesizer is designed,which the output frequency is 50 MHz to 20 GHz,the frequency step is 1 Hz,and the phase noise@20 GHz is less than-100 dBc/Hz@1 kHz and-110 dBc/Hz@10 kHz.By means of fractional divider phase-locked loop technology and direct frequency synthesis technology,the design of frequency synthesizer is realized.After testing,the technical indicators are superior to the design requirements.
