摘 要:目的设计并验证基于深感光学的Kinect V2相机应用于脊柱侧凸患者筛查的应用价值。方法以医工合作模式设计出一种基于深感光学进行摄影测量的脊柱侧凸快速筛查技术,选取2022年2—7月武汉科技大学附属武昌医院就诊的疑似为脊柱侧凸患者30例为研究对象,在3 d内完成“金标准”X线检查和摄影测量拍摄检查,收集两种方法所测得的脊柱侧凸角度及诊断结论,分析两种方法所测得脊柱侧凸角度的差异及诊断结论的一致性,评价基于深感光学的摄影测量技术对脊柱侧凸筛查的价值。结果本文提出的基于深感光学的摄影测量技术和X线检查所测得的脊柱侧凸角度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种方法所得诊断结论经Kappa检验具有较好的一致性(Kappa=0.769)。结论本文设计的基于深感光学的摄影测量技术能准确筛查出脊柱侧凸患者,可为临床治疗脊柱侧凸患者提供参考依据。Objective To design and validate the the application value of Kinect V2 camera based on deep sensing optics in the screening of patients with scoliosis.Methods A rapid screening technique for scoliosis based on deep optical photogrammetry was designed in the mode of medical and industrial cooperation.Thirty patients with suspected scoliosis who were treated in Wuchang Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from February to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The“gold standard”of X-ray and photogrammetry examination were completed within 3 d,and the scoliosis angles and diagnostic conclusions measured by the two methods were collected.Then,the difference of scoliosis angle measured by the two methods and the consistency of diagnosis conclusion were analyzed,and evaluated the value of photogrammetry based on deep sensing optics for scoliosis screening.Results There was no significant difference between the angle of scoliosis measured by photogrammetric and X-ray examination(P>0.05).The diagnostic conclusions obtained by the two methods were consistent with Kappa test(Kappa value=0.769).Conclusion The photogrammetry technology based on deep sensing optics designed in this paper can accurately screen out patients with scoliosis,and can provide reference for clinical treatment.
