摘 要:为了深入分析燃油喷嘴对燃气轮机燃烧室性能的影响,针对燃气轮机燃烧室中的直射式气动雾化喷嘴开展了数值模拟,获得了气流流量、燃油流量和气液比对雾化性能的影响规律,喷嘴的雾化性能参数包括雾化粒径和雾化锥角。结果表明:气液比和气流流量对该型喷嘴的雾化性能有显著影响,燃油流量对雾化性能的影响较小;气液两相间相对速度是影响该型喷嘴雾化性能的决定因素,相对速度增大有利于减小雾化粒径,并增大雾化锥角;气流流量和气液比的增大均有利于雾化粒径的减小,燃油流量的增加将使雾化粒径增大;增大气流流量、气液比和减小燃油流量均可使雾化锥角增大;该型喷嘴的雾化锥角变化范围为30.12°~41.24°,雾化粒径变化范围为131.46~186.52μm。喷嘴可实现在较小的雾化锥角变化范围内获得较宽的雾化粒径变化,以此匹配燃气轮机燃烧室不同工作状态,具有较高的实用价值。In order to further analyze the influence of atomizer on gas turbine combustor performance,numerical investigations were conducted for the plain-jet air-blast atomizer in a gas turbine combustor.The spray performance including the Sauter mean diameter and spray cone angle were obtained to evaluate the spray performance with a variety of the mass flow rate of liquid and air and air-liquid ratio.The results show that the air-liquid ratio and air mass flow rate have a significant impact on the spray performance,while the influence of fuel flow rate is relatively small.The relative velocity between the air-liquid phases is a crucial factor in determining the spray performance.The increase in the relative velocity leads to a reduction in the Sauter mean diameter and an increase in the spray cone angle.The increase of the air mass flow rate and the air-liquid ratio are beneficial to obtain a smaller Sauter mean diameter,while the increase in fuel flow rate will increase the Sauter mean diameter;the increase in air mass flow and air-liquid ratio,and the decrease in fuel flow can increase the spray cone angle;The spray cone angle of the atomizer varies from 30.12°to 41.24°,and the Sauter mean diameter of the atomizer varies from 131.46 m to 186.52 m.The atomizer achieves a wide droplet size variation range within a small spray cone angle variation,so as to match different working conditions of the gas turbine combustor,which is highly practical.
