保和汤联合柴胡解毒汤治疗酒精性肝硬化的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨保和汤联合柴胡解毒汤治疗酒精性肝硬化的临床效果。方法:选取2020年5月—2022年11月延边朝医医院收治的酒精性肝硬化患者72例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各36例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予保和汤联合柴胡解毒汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、肝功能指标及凝血功能指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022);治疗后,观察组脘腹胀满、倦怠乏力、纳呆食少、手足麻木、面色晦暗积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素、谷氨酰转肽酶水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组凝血酶原活动度、凝血酶原时间水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:保和汤联合柴胡解毒汤治疗酒精性肝硬化的临床效果显著,能缓解患者临床症状,改善肝功能及凝血功能指标。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of TCM Baohetang Decoction combined with Chaihu JieduTang Decoction in the treatment of alcoholic liver cirrhosis.Methods:72 patients with alcoholic cirrhosis admitted to Yanbian Dynasty Medical Hospital from May 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups of 36 cases each according to the randomized numerical table method.The control group was given conventional western treatment,and the observation group was given this combined TCM Decoctions.The therapeutic effect,TCM symptom scaled score,liver function indexes and coagulation function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022);after the treatment,the scaled scores of the following symptoms such as epigastric distension,tiredness and fatigue,dullness and poor appetite,numbness of hands and feet,and dark complexion of the face of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of GOT,GPT,total bilirubin,andγ-GT in the observation group were better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the indexes of thromboplastin activity and prothrombin time in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Baohe Tang Decoction combined with Chaihu Xieyu Tang in the treatment of alcoholic liver cirrhosis is remarkable,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients and improve the indexes of liver function and coagulation function.
