摘 要:实训课程教学与传统创业教学在教学目标设置、教学结构优化、学习障碍突破以及教学方法转换等方面存在不同。利用成熟的实训工具,深度发展具有院校特色的创业实训课程成了教学实践中的难点。在分析创业实训沙盘教学发展中的四类冲突的基础上,提出以下措施:通过设置清晰的教学目标、协调理论课程与实践课程的关系、开发具有院校特色的教材和创建以学生为主体的教学模式以提升学生参与创业实训教育的获得感。There are some differences between training course teaching and traditional entrepreneurship teaching in terms of setting teaching goals,optimizing teaching structure,breaking through learning obstacles,and transforming teaching methods.However,the indepth development of entrepreneurship training course with the characteristics od regional colleges and universities is becoming a difficult point.Based on the analysis of the four kinds of conflicts of entrepreneurship management sand table training course,the research holds the idea that problems would be solved by designing clear teaching goals,coordinating the relation between theoretical course and training course,and exploring teaching mode with characteristics of regional colleges and universities while taking students as the subjects,so as to improve students’sense of gain in taking part in entrepreneurship training education.
