摘  要:首先探究了不同制备工艺对淀粉颗粒微细化程度的影响,确定了淀粉分散体的最优制备工艺,并通过浸渍成型工艺制得淀粉/羧基丁腈胶乳复合材料胶膜,采用万能电子拉力机、激光粒度仪、扫描电子显微镜等对胶膜的结构和性能进行研究,考察了淀粉在高性能羧基丁腈胶乳制品中的应用。结果表明,糊化结合超声分散对淀粉颗粒的微细化处理效果优于球磨机研磨工艺。随着淀粉用量的增加,淀粉/羧基丁腈胶乳(XNBRL)复合材料胶膜的拉伸强度逐渐下降,但热氧降解性能改善。添加2份聚乙二醇600做界面改性剂,淀粉/XNBEL复合材料胶膜的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率均优于纯XNBRL胶膜。In this paper,the effects of different preparation processes on the micronization of starch particles were investigated,and the optimal preparation process of starch dispersion was determined.Starch/carboxyl nitrile latex composite film was prepared by impregnation molding process.The structure and properties of the composite film were studied by universal electronic tension machine,laser particle size analyzer Mastersizer 3000,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and so on.The application prospect of starch in high performance carboxyl nitrile latex dairy products was investigated.The results showed that the effect of gelatinization combined with ultrasonic dispersion on starch granules was better than that of ball mill grinding process.With the increase of the amount of starch,the tensile strength of starch/XNBRL composite film decreased gradually,but the thermal oxidative degradation was improved.When 2 phr PEG600 was added as interface modifier,the tensile strength and elongation at break of starch/XNBRL composite film were better than those of pure XNBRL film.
