摘  要:为获得均匀的着色效果,依据聚合着色技术,在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)的合成过程中添加着色剂。通过设计四因素五水平正交实验,将转化率作为实验评价指标,研究了着色剂与工艺条件对PMMA合成过程的影响。结果表明,在着色剂种类、w(着色剂)、聚合温度和聚合时间4个影响因素中,聚合温度是PMMA合成过程中影响转化率的显著性影响因素;在相同的工艺条件下,相比w(着色剂)的变化,着色剂的种类对PMMA合成过程的影响更显著。In order to obtain a uniform coloring effect,colorants are added during the synthesis process of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)based on polymerization coloring technology.By designing a four factor and five level orthogonal experiment,the conversion rate was used as an evaluation index to study the influence of colorants on the synthesis process of PMMA.The results showed that among the four influencing factors,which are the type of colorants,the mass fraction of colorants,the polymerization temperature,and the polymerization time,only the polymerization temperature was the significant influencing factor on the conversion rate during the synthesis of PMMA.Under the same process condition,the type of colorants has a more significant impact on the synthesis process of PMMA compared to changes in the mass fraction of colorants.
