组织生命周期视域下创新创业型大学的创建

摘　　要：立足组织生命周期理论,大学转型发展大致分为教学型大学、研究型大学以及创新创业型大学三阶段。“创新驱动创业”是创新创业型大学的核心理念与行动指南,实践层面表现为一个多主体、多层面协同推进的机会共创、价值共创的循环演进过程,核心任务是在知识创新、制度创新基础上实现组织商业性创业和社会性创业。创建这类大学既需要政府宏观政策工具的持续优化和动态整合构建完善的导向创新驱动创业的政策体系,更需要大学自身通过培养创新创业型人才、塑造新型“产-学”关系、开展社会创业实践等方面的积极自主推进。This study aimed to explore the three stages of instruction-oriented universities,research-intended universities,and innovation and entrepreneurship universities in the historical process of university transformation and development from the perspective of the life cycle of the organizations.It argued that innovation-driven entrepreneurship is the core concept and supporting action of innovative and entrepreneurial universities,practically manifested as a cyclic evolution process of opportunity co-creation and value co-creation of multi-subject and multi-level collaborative promotion.It held that the core task is to promote knowledge innovation and institutional innovation for the organization of commercial entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship.It suggested that the creation of innovative and entrepreneurial universities requires the government to build a sound policy system for innovation-driven entrepreneurship through continuous optimization and dynamic integration of policy tools on the macro level,and that it is necessary for universities to actively and independently foster innovative and entrepreneurial talents training,construct a new“industry-college”relationship,and expand social entrepreneurship practices.
