摘　　要：“国家翻译实践”已成为具备中国本土特色的原创性译学话语之一。通过对国家出版基金资助项目“这就是中国:中国日常文化”的梳理,发现国家翻译实践的对外译介主体可以通过坚持弱政治化的行动准则、选择符合本国价值观的文本题材以及采取中国特色的本地化翻译策略等,扩大对外文化贸易范围,提升国际传播效能。该项目在精神文化层面“以我为主”、在语言文字层面“兼顾他人”的译介模式对于当今中华文化“走出去”与“走进去”,尤其是自塑中国形象具有重要的方法论意义。“State translation program”is a creative translation discourse with Chinese characteristics.A review on This is China:Essential Aspects of Chinese Culture shows that translators in state translation program enhance the deficiency of international communication by adhering to softly depoliticizing criteria,choosing texts in line with national values,and adopting localized translation strategies.The translation and communication mode which is“self-oriented”at the cultural level and“taking into account others”at the linguistic level,is of great significance for positively shaping China’s image.
