地涌金莲的营养成分分析和饲喂价值评定

摘　　要：地涌金莲是金沙江干热河谷一种独特的生物资源,对金色江干热河谷的植被修复具有较好的效果,为研究地涌金莲的经济价值和饲用价值,本研究通过地涌金莲的花、叶片、叶柄和茎的营养成分测定对地涌金莲进行饲用价值评定。结果表明,地涌金莲花的叶柄中酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维含量最高,分别为36.06%,53.13%;叶片中的粗灰分、粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量最高,分别为8.94%、21.20%和7.91%;茎的RFV值最高为223.62,花和茎的等级较高。经过饲喂价值评定饲料等级为花>茎>叶片>叶柄,由此可以发现,叶柄的营养价值最低,花、叶片和茎具有较高的饲料价值。Musella lasiocarpa is a unique biological resource in the dry and hot valleys of the Jinsha River,which has a good effect on the vegetation restoration of the dry and hot valleys.To study the economic and feed value of Ground-rising Golden Lotus,this study evaluates its feed value by determining the nutrient components of its flowers,leaves,petioles,and stems.The results show that the acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber contents in the petioles are the highest,being 36.06%and 53.13%respectively;the crude ash,crude protein and crude fat contents in the leaves are the highest,being 8.94%,21.20%and 7.91%respectively;the RFV value of the stem is the highest at 223.62,and the ratings of the flowers and stems are high.This indicates that the feed grade was divided into flowers>stems>leaves>petioles.It can be found that flowers,leaves,and stems have higher feed value than stems.
