摘 要:晚清名臣胡林翼面对诸多将才和各级官吏采取“元老宿将、引为肱股,屈己待人、调和诸将,不遗余力、养人以私,悉心调教、公正选将,菩萨心肠,霹雳手段”等驾驭策略,对于确有才干、可堪大用者,经济上不吝奖赏,政治上全力举荐,情感上或以师长、或以昆弟遇之;对于不称职的各级官吏则敢于做“天下之好劾人者”。胡林翼驭下的成功经验启示当今领导者要具有远大的理想抱负,公正坦诚的对待下级,坚持宽容而不纵容的原则,做到甘当人梯,律己宽人,才能在新时代领导者与被领导者的关系中取得理想的效果。Facing many general and officials at all levels,Hu Linyi,a famous minister in the late Qing dynasty took the principles like“taking veteran old generals as backbone,be submissive to others and reconciling with various generals,sparing no effort to win over others with careful training,fairly selecting generals,holding a compassionate heart,conducting things in severe and thunderous means.”For those who are truly talented and useful,Hu was not mean in bestowing financial rewards and politically endorsing them with full force.He treated them with either as a teacher or a brother.At the same time,he was courageous enough to be known as the person who criticized those incompetent officials.The successful experience of Hu LinYi in managing his subordinates reveals that modern leaders should have ambitious ideals,treat subordinates with fairness and honesty,adhere to the principle of tolerance without indulgence,and be willing to serve as a ladder for others.Only in this way can they achieve the desired effect in the relationship between leaders and subordinates in the new era.
