浅谈流化床干燥器工作原理及常见故障的处理措施

摘　　要：流化床干燥器是制盐生产工艺中的重要设备,也是生产过程中故障频繁的部位。干燥器故障会导致干燥能力逐渐下降,不能与真空制盐装置产能相匹配的问题,同时常导致干燥工序现场粉尘重、易返潮、盐产品水份含量超标等一系列问题。本文就流化床干燥器使用过程中常见问题进行分析、探讨,并提出解决办法。Fluidized-bed dryer is an important equipment in salt production technology,and it is also the part with frequent faults in the production process.The failure of the dryer will lead to a gradual decline in drying capacity,which can not match the capacity of the vacuum salt making device,and often lead to a series of problems such as heavy dust,easy moisture return,and excessive moisture content of salt products in the drying process site.In this paper,the common problems in the use of fluidized bed dryer are analyzed and discussed,and the solutions are put forward.
