有关羽绒服面料钻绒性的研究

摘　　要：本论文对羽绒羽毛钻绒现象的成因进行了分析,探究了面料密度、含绒量、缝纫针型号以及缝纫针种类对羽绒服装钻绒问题的影响,实验结果表明,面料密度高、含绒量低、缝纫针细、以及选择圆头缝纫针均会改善羽绒服的钻绒问题。This paper analyses the causes of the down feather diamond phenomenon,and explores the influence of fabric density,down content,sewing needle model and sewing needle type on the down jacket problem.The experimental results show that high fabric density,low down content,fine sewing needle,and the selection of round-headed sewing needles will improve the down jacket diamond problem.
