摘 要:以徐州地区气象条件为前提,对某办公楼进行了绿建分析与节能优化。通过对建筑进行节能分析、日照分析、采光分析、能耗分析和碳排放分析,发现建筑存在围护结构、采光等问题;针对问题提出了相应的节能优化措施;并对优化前后建筑的节能性、冷热负荷、碳排量等进行了对比分析。结果显示:经过优化后,建筑达到了节能标准要求;同时,优化后建筑全年供暖空调总负荷与原有建筑相比,负荷降低率由原先的6.17%提高到了12.60%;与优化前建筑相比,优化后建筑单位面积碳排量降低了6.92%,节能减排效果明显。In this paper,a green building analysis and energy saving optimization of an office building is carried out on the premise of meteorological conditions in Xuzhou area.Through the energy saving analysis,sunlight analysis,lighting analysis,energy consumption analysis and carbon emission analysis of the building,the problems of enclosure structure and lighting in the building were derived;corresponding energy saving optimization measures were proposed for the problems;and a comparative analysis of the energy saving,cooling and heating loads,and carbon emissions of the building before and after the optimization was carried out.The results of the analysis showed that the building reached the requirements of the energy saving standards after optimization;at the same time,compared with the original building,the total annual heating and air-conditioning load has increased from 6.17% to 12.60%;compared with the pre-optimization building,the carbon emission per unit area of the optimized building has been reduced by 6.92%,which is an obvious effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
