摘 要:中国盐湖资源丰富,其中在盐湖卤水中的锂含量较高,开发利用盐湖卤水资源可有效缓解中国锂资源短缺的局面。目前盐湖卤水提锂技术较为成熟,但成本高、能耗大、产品质量不稳定等问题制约了其进一步发展。膜分离技术具有选择性好、分离效率高、操作简单等特点,已成为盐湖卤水提锂的重要方法之一。文章对复合膜材料在盐湖卤水提锂中的研究进展进行了综述,重点分析了其在镁锂比(Mg/Li)、盐度(K/Na)和温度等条件下对复合膜材料的吸附性能及分离效率,并对复合膜材料在盐湖提锂中的应用前景进行了展望。China is rich in salt lake resources,among which the lithium content in the salt lake brine is relatively high.The development and utilization of the salt lake brine resources can effectively alleviate the shortage of lithium resources in China.However,at present,the lithium extraction technology of salt lake brine is relatively mature,but the problems such as high cost,high energy consumption and unstable product quality restrict its further development.Membrane separation technology has the characteristics of good selectivity,high separation efficiency and simple operation,and has become one of the important methods of lithium extraction in salt lake brine.This paper summarizes the research progress of composite film material in lithium extraction of salt lake brine,focuses on the adsorption performance and separation efficiency of composite film material under magnesium-lithium ratio(Mg/Li),salinity(K/Na)and temperature,and discusses the application prospect of composite film material in salt lake lithium extraction.
