奥氮平联合多奈哌齐治疗脑器质性精神障碍患者的效果研究

摘  要:对脑器质性精神障碍患者采用奥氮平联合多奈哌齐治疗的效果进行观察。选取2022年1月—2023年1月独山县宜康医院收治的64例脑器质性精神障碍患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,分别为对照组和联合组,每组各32例。对照组采用口服奥氮平治疗,联合组采用奥氮平联合多奈哌齐治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,治疗后,联合组治疗前后阳性、阴性症状评分,治疗前后MoCA、MMSE评分,治疗8周后TESS评分,治疗前后ADL评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对脑器质性精神障碍疾病患者采用奥氮平联合多奈哌齐治疗,可缓解患者临床症状,增强患者认知功能并改善患者精神状态,有助于减少患者副反应,提高患者生活能力,值得应用。Observation of the efficacy of olanzapine combined with donepezil in the treatment of patients with organic mental disorders in the brain.64 patients with organic mental disorders admitted to Dushan Yikang Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,namely a control group and a combination group,with 32 patients in each group.The control group was treated with oral olanzapine,while the combination group was treated with olanzapine combined with donepezil.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after treatment,the positive and negative symptom scores,MoCA and MMSE scores before and after treatment,TESS scores after 8 weeks of treatment,and ADL scores before and after treatment in the combination group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the use of olanzapine combined with donepezil in the treatment of patients with organic mental disorders can alleviate clinical symptoms,enhance cognitive function,and improve their mental state.It helps to reduce side effects and improve their ability to live,and is worthy of application.
