创业压力、创业承诺与创业坚持关系研究

摘　　要：在理论分析的基础上,构建了创业压力、创业承诺、创业坚持三者之间关系的理论模型,并基于244份有效问卷数据,实证分析了创业压力对创业坚持的影响机制。实证结果表明:创业压力显著正向影响创业坚持;创业承诺显著正向影响创业坚持;创业承诺在创业压力与创业坚持关系中发挥着部分中介作用。研究有助于进一步探索创业坚持的影响因素,利用创业者在创业过程中面对的创业压力激发创业者的创业承诺以及积极的创业态度,促进创业者的创业坚持,从而达到创业成功。Based on theoretical analysis,a theoretical model of the relationship between entrepreneurial pressure,entrepreneurial commitment,and entrepreneurial persistence was scientifically constructed.The empirical results show that:entrepreneurial stress significantly and positively affects entrepreneurial persistence;entrepreneurial commitment significantly and positively affects entrepreneurial persistence;and entrepreneurial commitment plays a partially mediating role in the process of entrepreneurial stress on entrepreneurial persistence.This study helps to further explore the influencing factors of entrepreneurial persistence and use the entrepreneurial pressure faced by entrepreneurs in the process of entrepreneurship to stimulate entrepreneurial commitment and positive entrepreneurial attitudes to promote entrepreneurial persistence and thus entrepreneurial success.
